Custom manufacturing of blinds for coaches
At INDUSTRI we have been manufacturing blinds for coaches and microbuses for more than 30 years. Over this time we have acquired vast experience in the manufacturing of blinds, something which is reflected in the quality of the end product we offer.
We manufacture all kinds of blinds: mechanically and electrically-operated, cable-guided and scissor. All of the fabrics used to make the blinds comply with the minimum fire and smoke regulations for the automotive industry.
What kind of blinds do we manufacture?
Spring-operated blinds
With the spring-operated model, the blind will roll up without banging when released suddenly by the user. This will extend its useful life and improve passenger comfort.
Consult our extensive range of fabrics and colours, as well as the accessories available for our spring-operated blinds.
Double blinds in a single headrail
The double blinds in a single headrail are designed, prototyped and tested for adaptation to each specific model of bus; they are finally delivered assembled and ready to install.
Likewise, all of the materials used in their making meet fire and smoke regulations for the automotive industry.
Scissor blinds
Our electrically-operated scissor blinds come with a rear scissor system thanks to which the side guides are no longer necessary.
The headrail has a rotating system designed by our R&D&I department for setting to different angles depending on the needs of the bus or train structure.
The headrail is in grey lacquered aluminium. The scissor system is flocked in the same colour as the headrail. It uses silent 24V motors with programmable end-of-travel stops for the upwards and downwards movements.
In addition to the scissor model, a model in cross shape is also available.
Electrically-operated roller blinds
Electrically-operated roller blinds are made with an exterior aluminium headrail anodised in matt black. They can also be made without a headrail.
We employ different types of tubular motors depending on the use to be made of the roller blind. We have an extensive catalogue of fabrics, with different weights and colours; all are fire retardant and comply with fire and smoke regulations for the automotive and railway industries.
Mechanically-operated blinds
Mechanically-operated blinds are fitted with a trigger mechanism and a pull cord to raise or lower them. Said cord can be fitted on the left or the right of the blind.
The blinds come with an exterior aluminium headrail anodised in matt black to protect the fabric. However, they can also be made without a headrail. In these cases they come with an idler rather than a trigger mechanism.
Our mechanically-operated blinds can come with an opaque lower strip for protection from the sunlight. They can also come with a tab in the centre for raising or lowering them.
School blinds
On school runs, buses must be identified with a school sign or blind, in this case the V10 sign. At INDUSTRI we make V10 signs in different sizes, both rigid and roller, with optional flashing LED lighting.
